Payment Arrangements

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Diners), sterling cheques and bank transfers.

Credit card payments are subject to a handling charge, see Terms and Conditions.

 

Cancellation Policy

Up to 29 days	:	No charge
28-15 days:	:	Loss of deposit
14-8 days	:	50% rental cost*
7-0 days	:	Full rental cost

 

* Limited to 7 days which will be returned (less deposit) if we re-let the apartment.

Handling charges levied on credit card payments will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

 

Curtailment

The cancellation policy will apply to any curtailment of the agreed rental period. We therefore recommend you take out a suitable travel insurance policy to cover your costs in the event of cancellation.

 

Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any costs that arise as a result of damage, breakages or unreasonable wear and tear, including necessary cleaning of carpets or upholstery or replacement key cost. On arrival the lead name on the booking will be asked to complete a security deposit authorisation to the value of £500.

 

Check-in / Out

Apartments are available from 14.00 on arrival and check-out is 11.00 on departure. For early morning arrivals it will be necessary to book the apartment for the previous evening.

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or immediately outside the building.
