To reserve an apartment we require your name, address, party details, contact telephone / email details and a 25% deposit.

The deposit can be paid either by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card.* (Credit card surcharge of up to 3.5% depending on card). *If paying by card, for security, we recommend you do not send all your details in the same email.

If booking for two nights or less, or within 28 days of arrival, we require full payment when booking.

We recommend you take out a suitable travel insurance policy which would cover you in the event of cancellation or curtailment.

If paying by debit or credit card you will be required to show the same card used for payment and some form of identification, such as driver’s licence, passport etc., when checking-in.
