Curtailment
The cancellation policy will apply to any curtailment of the agreed
rental period. We therefore recommend you take out a suitable travel insurance
policy to cover your costs in the event of cancellation.
Security Deposit
Guests are responsible for any costs that arise as a result of damage,
breakages or unreasonable wear and tear, including necessary cleaning
of carpets or upholstery or replacement key cost. On arrival the lead
name on the booking will be asked to complete a security deposit authorisation
to the value
of £500.
Check-in / Out
Apartments are available from 14.00. If early access is required the
apartment must be booked for the night before, if available, though
luggage may be left after 10.00am on the day of arrival prior to check-in.
Apartments must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, though
luggage may be left for later collection during reception hours. Subject
to availability on the day of your departure it may be possible to extend
this time. Please ask reception for extension
rates.
Please note:
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED anywhere inside or immediately outside the
building to comply with UK law.
The apartment is only to be occupied by the specified number
of guests to the permitted maximum occupancy stated for each apartment.
